By law, all Swiss mobile phone providers must verify the identity of their customers with an ID document. Don't worry, this is also completely digital and easy. Simply scan the QR code that is displayed in the customer portal with your smartphone and scan your ID document and your face with your smartphone camera. Your identity will then be automatically verified within a few minutes.
