How do I delete an eSIM? 

If you want to delete one or more saved eSIM profiles, proceed as follows depending on the device: 

 

On an iPhone or iPad

1. Go to your settings from the home screen 

2. Tap on "Cellular Network" 

3. Select the eSIM profile to be deleted under "Mobile network tariffs" 

4. Tap Remove Cellular Plan

On an Android smartphone 

​

1. Go to your settings via the app drawer 

2. Tap on “Network & Internet” and then on  “Cellular Network” 

3. Tap on "Advanced" and then on "Cellular Provider" 

4. Tap the settings icon next to the profile you want to delete, then tap Delete 

5. Confirm the deletion in the popup
